Estimated Fulfilment Time Frames:
- USA: Average delivery time of 5-7 Business Days.
- Canada: Average Delivery time of 10-30 Business Days.
- Other Countries Worldwide: Average Delivery time of 10-30 Business Days.

When will my order be fulfilled?

  • Fulfilment is not the same as shipping. Fulfilment refers to the period for processing and preparing orders from available stock and/or by manufacturing them depending on the product type as explained in next points.  

  • All items are subject to the fulfilment process before they are shipped.

  • The fulfilment period varies depending on the product type.

  • It could be anywhere between 1 to 7 business days.
     

When will my items ship?

  • All items are shipped right after the fulfilment period is over.

  • We will notify you by email when your items have shipped, and the tracking information is available.


Are Tracking Numbers Provided?

  • Due to the inconsistent carrier processing times, please allow up to 3 business days after shipment for tracking info to be sent to you and an additional 72 hours for the tracking link to display tracking information.

  • If after that time, for some rare reason it was not sent, please let us know and we’ll send it over (email info@webbdepot.com).

  • We will notify you by email when the tracking information is available.
     

When will I receive my order?

  • After getting the Shipping Confirmation email, please see table below for exact delivery timeframes.

 Note - custom fees: Webb Depot is not responsible for any applicable Custom or duty fees. 


RETURNS:

We have a 30-day return policy from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@webbdepot.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to swimwear and undergarments. On Sale or discounted items are final sale.

Exchanges

Items must be returned within 30 days in original, unworn condition, including packaging and labels. Items will be inspected and then you will be notified if the returned item was approved.

 

Refunds

Items must be returned within 30 days in original, unworn condition, including packaging and labels. Items will be inspected and then you will be notified if the returned item was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
